Candle Care: To keep your candle burning safely and evenly, never let it burn for more than 4 hours at a time—doing so can cause the wick to mushroom and the jar to overheat. Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting to reduce smoke and flickering. Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling, and keep it away from drafts and flammable objects.
